Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services when necessary.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, subject to review. Late cancellations may incur a fee or be non-refundable.

Payment Terms

Payments may be made through Stripe Checkout or bank transfer. Bank transfer bookings are confirmed only after payment proof is verified.

Service Conduct

Clients must provide a safe and comfortable environment for the therapist. MASSAGRR.MY is not liable for issues arising from unsafe or unsuitable service conditions.
